| Solution Feature |
- Project target: To Develop Toilet Bowl Brush Automatic Cleaning System and will be completed in 2 phases.
- Problem/Challenge: Make the system to clean the toilets automatically.
- Feasible Solution (1): Movable robot station which clean the toilet bowl by brush (contact cleaning)
- Feasible Solution (2): Cleaning by using steam (non-contact cleaning)
- The cleaning effect needs to be further studied and confirmed.

| Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- The test trial can be conducted in certain floor of building of EMSD, staff can use this machine to test the effectiveness of it.
- Its cleaning effect can be compared with the toilet bowl cleaned by human.
- If the cleaning effect is similar or better than human does, the machine can be tested in public toilet.
- As there are many toilet bowls in Hong Kong, this machine can alleviate the problem of labour shortage.
- Also, the cleaning result will be more standard as machine will not affect by fatigue due to repeatable postures.
