- This solution can detect excessive wear, surface cracks, and potential internal cracks in rails;

- This solution provides two sets of ultrasonic sensor assemblies, which are installed on the bottom of the train to detect inner and potential failures of the track.

Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- Early in the project, the train configuration and trackside environment will be investigated.
- Communicate with customer to confirm the failure types and sizes that need to be detected,and the requirements for equipment installation.
- Fully consider the rail industry's requirements for reliability and select the most professional partners and suppliers.
- After delivery, collect customer feedback and carry out optimization within 12 months.
- Building a project team to ensure implementation, including talents of mechanical and electronic engineers, test engineer, AI engineer and project manager.
