Trial Application and Expected Outcome	Develop a model by deep convolutional neural network (DCNN) to detect flood water in CCTV footage images at one switchroom Develop / upgrade the AI model to determine a flood index based on the water level in the CCTV footage images at one switchroom Develop / upgrade the AI model with the aid of data from flood water sensors for flood detection and flood index determination at one switchroom Combine the AI model with the backend server and database for displaying dashboard and send warning messages (when flood is detected) Develop a website for centralized management of switchrooms distributed at different locations
