Solution Feature
  • The proposed solution takes advantages of AI and process control to monitor and control the cremation process in real-time. Applying AI to learn and control the cremation is an innovative idea
  • The real-time response to the latest cremation status provides control/rectified actions to make sure the cremation process is well controlled during the process and lead to the optimization of the whole process
  • The optimized cremation process makes sure the cremation time to be shortest and the energy spend on cremation processes to be the least
  • The proposed solution can control the cremation automatically, which minimized the human error and delay due to human process
Trial Application and Expected Outcome
  • The preliminary AI engine is trained and tested with data collected from the site, and the engine should be place to at least one cremator chamber for testing
  • Preliminary AI engine test should be run without automatic process control to the cremator system, the solution should output the control actions and the cremator operator verify the action has no harm to the system and no negative impact to the cremation process before applying the actions manually
  • An integrated testing is then performed with control actions applied to the cremator system directly with the presence of cremator operator to make sure manual rectification is available if needed. The data/information collected in the integrated tests is used for further engine training to further optimized the cremation process
  • The degree of having cremation process automated, optimized and project objective reached can be used to justify the results of applying the proposed system
