Solution Feature
  • The system consists of one Automated-Guide Vehicle (AGV) operates in fully autonomous and semi-autonomous mode.
  • The system consisst of one six-axis collaborative robot to perform cleaning operation.
  • End-Effector of the robot will be developed to include steam jet cleaner, UV-C disinfection lamp and wiper, optional vacuum cleaner module can be future developed for dry dirts.
  • Video analytics with convolution neural network module together with depth camera for dirt classification (dry/wet) and locations.
  • Automatic clean the cleanable dirt and avoid non-cleanable dirt.
Trial Application and Expected Outcome
  • The map for cleaning site will be constructed and the cleaning path will be defined. (Internal Trial)
  • The dirt samples will be defined and CNN network will be built for classified. The location of each dirt and the boundary will also be calculated. (Internal Trial)
  • Based on the dirt information, the robot will carry out the cleaning operation and check the result. (Internal Trial)
  • The setup will be transferred to testing site for cleaning trial. The result before cleaning and after cleaning will be compared.
