- By leveraging Computer Vision, staffs can accurately and quickly find out the lost baggage.
- Auto baggage image capture and labelling. Baggage images will be captured and pair the barcode with baggage to build AI recognition model.
- AI Baggage Search. With information of passengers’ baggage barcode, baggage identification system using AI technology will examine a period of time of CCTV videos in baggage reclaim hall to locate the baggage with relevant person.
- Baggage Tracking. Based on baggage search result, CCTV camera location and timestamp logged, the baggage flow path can be traced and draw the pathway on floor plan.
- Baggage status and location to be tracked and log with timestamp providing rich information for both operation as well as analytic.

Trial Application and Expected Outcome |
- By setting up the demo Conveyor belt and HD Camera in lab, examine the system can identify baggage barcode correctly after baggage by passing the HD camera.
- Auto search and labelling the lost baggage from CCTV clips. To examine system capable in baggage identification, auto CCTV searching, clipping CCTV fragments and labelling of lost baggage with relevant person.
- Accurate baggage location and pathway map. To examine system can trace baggage’s location and draw the pathway accurately in the floor plan.
- Quick and mass deployment. Once POC is completed, HD camera can be installed on every conveyor belt, then integrate them into the system.
