In order to ensure the authenticity, integrity, reliability and usability of digitised records, an information system for management of digitised records is required and shall meet the following requirements: 1. Adopt blockchain technology to provide a secure storage and backup function, and the storage size should not be less than 15TB capacity 2. Provide authentic, understandable and unalterable audit trail data covering system operation and management, details of any change including addition, alteration or deletion of the stored records 3. Protect against unauthorised access, alteration and deletion of digitised records
